The Western New York Regional Service Committee (“WNYRCNA”) serves the following counties of Western New York: Niagara, Orleans, Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Allegany and Cattaraugus. ​We also serve the Central Allegany Mountain Area of Pennsylvania that includes the counties of McKean, Elk, Cameron and Potter.

The purpose of the WNYRSCNA is to provide communication between Narcotics Anonymous World Services, Area Service Committees, and their Subcommittees as needed. Our services, assistance, communication, and the activities are provided in accordance with the 12 Traditions of Narcotics Anonymous, the 12 Concepts of Narcotics Anonymous Service, and the Local Guide to Service.
